Minimum Qualifications The candidate must have one year of permanent competitive service as a Office Assistant 1 and be eligible to transfer under Civil Service Law 70.1 or in a title eligible for transfer under 70.1.

Duties Description Answers telephone and directs calls to appropriate staff; Using templates, types internal and external correspondence, including reminder letters and notifications; Completes and processes reproduction request forms; Orders office supplies; Processes outgoing mail and opens and distributes incoming mail; Monitors and tracks monthly payment and utilization reports on excel spreadsheets; Files project reports and organizes and archives project folders; Maintains office calendar; coordinates/sets up meetings and outreach events; Provides daily office support, including making copies and routine filing; Performs basic calculations to identify payment discrepancies; Performs data management entry, and keyboarding and document management functions; Performs other clerical duties as required.
