Minimum Qualifications Must possess a valid New York State license to practice as a registered professional nurse and have a minimum of one year full time post-licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Administer medications to individuals and monitors individuals for reaction or side effects. Records individuals medical info and vital signs. Consults and coordinated with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement or evaluate individual care plans. Monitors all aspects of an individual care, including diet and physical activities. Provides healthcare, first aid, immunizations or assistance in rehabilitation. Performs, coordinates, directs and provides nursing care on a facility unit (s), in clinics or infirmaries. Ensure that inventory standards for medication, solutions, supplies and equipment are maintained. Accounts for the issuance of controlled drugs and narcotics, inventories such as drugs on each shift worked. Maintains accurate and detailed reports and records clinical rounds on ward.
