Minimum Qualifications Must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. Valid NYS Class D Driver’s License required. This position may be filled from a mandatory reemployment list if one is in effect at the time of appointment. Candidates may be expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators.
Duties Description • Valid NYS Class D Driver’s License required
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools / equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to enter and retrieve basic information using a computerized maintenance management system (AIM)
• Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime to support Campus events and snow removal needs required
