Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must be reachable for appointment from the current Civil Service eligible list for the title

OR

Transfer: Candidates must have permanent competitive status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades.


Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will provide support for the Division of Quality Improvement which includes the Bureau of Program Certification, the Incident Management Unit and the Continuous Quality Improvement Unit. This includes a full range of clerical duties including but not limited to the following:

• Data entry
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Opening, logging in and distributing mail
• Scanning and copying various documents
• Filing
• Various other projects and clerical duties as necessary
