Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience in a manufacturing process or trade, including one year of supervisory experience with one year of experience in a print shop setting.
Duties Description Industrial Training Supervisor supervises and trains inmates in the course of providing manufacturing, production or industrial service operations. Observes work in progress to assure that inmates are performing the work correctly and are meeting acceptable quality and production standards. Trains inmates to operate equipment safely. Evaluates and counsels inmates. Determines inventory, equipment and material needs for production goals.
