Minimum Qualifications TRANSFER OPPORTUNITY
Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 1 or 55-b/c service in a title SG-4 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Candidates eligible for 55-b/c appointment are also eligible to apply.

Duties Description • Data entry of warehouse information into SilverCAR (Oracle case-management database) and PAM (Paper Archive Management system).
• Prepare closed files to be sent offsite.
• Data entry of file location.
• Filing and Retrieval of files.
• Filing of correspondence and legal documents.
• Photocopying of documents or correspondence.
• Assemble legal documents to be sent to the County Clerk’s office.
• Process Stipulation of Settlements.
• Retrieval of messages from the Tax Offset line.
• Operate office machines such as photocopier, computer, printers, scanners, and fax machine.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
