Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree and one year of full-time work experience.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

As a Project Assistant, you would perform paraprofessional duties for units within the Ethics & Compliance Division which consists of the Division of Equal Opportunity Development, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit. Your duties will include:

• Providing technical assistance to internal and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Monitoring, and ensuring appropriate handling of incoming email from the office’s central email address
• Monitoring and ensuring appropriate handling of incoming and outgoing mail
• Conducting data entry and maintaining the accuracy of the database
• Assisting in preparing and executing short-term and long-term work projects
• Assisting upper level staff in preparing and editing correspondence, guidelines, and other various documents
• Setting meetings and maintaining calendars
• Attending specifically assigned meetings, and reporting details
• Handling and securing confidential and sensitive information
• Conducting data analysis and generating reports
• Assisting in obtaining information requested from the Governor’s Office, Commissioner’s Office, and Executive Staff
• Assisting in performing duties relating to the Language Line system
• Assisting in maintaining inventory of the Division’s office equipment
• Assisting in performing duties relating to the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
