Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/U.S. Secretary of Education. If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States or its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency.

Preferred qualifications: Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

As a Labor Services Representative at the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, you would:
• Ensure hearing calendars are prepared by staff according to timeliness guidelines
• Review incoming hearing case files, ensuring all necessary determinations and documentations are present
• Review case files for complexity to determine time needed on the calendar
• Ensure staff time records are submitted and approved in a timely manner
• Provide administrative assistance to Judicial staff as needed
