Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/U.S. Secretary of Education. If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States or its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in project management, employee training, and workforce development. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Office 365. Strong writing and speaking skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to communicate and provide status updates to leadership, including Executives. Understanding of and experience in human resources in public sector. Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Project Coordinator will provide project management and administrative support to various training initiatives currently underway in the Department, as well as new projects that arise. The incumbent will perform the following activities:
• Provide support for medium to large sized training projects.
• Draft training materials.
• Identify training needs and arrange for training of staff.
• Participate in discussions / meetings with stakeholders to support new training procedures and solutions.
• Assist with development of informational material related to training procedures and solutions.
• Track and compile training metrics including course attendance and course completion.
Additional Comments This position will be temporary/hourly and will be filled as a traineeship. Please note that this position is not overtime eligible
