Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements associated with this position.

Candidates should be familiar with using a computer and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access.

Duties Description Main Job Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phone, purging outdated existing files, scanning in documents, organizing and uploading files to internal SharePoint site, preparing permits in DART for analyst, as well as creating and sending letters to the public. Minor duties: use of GIS to assist Environmental Analysts in preparing screening maps for project proposals, and use of other internal programming for project management.

Additional Comments This is a seasonal position, hourly appointment ending no later than 11/30/2021. Program needs and funding will determine actual
termination date, which may be prior to date listed. Actual work schedule, duties, and hours may vary and will be discussed at the interview. Overtime may be required.
