Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
NOTE: This position will be temporary/hourly and will be filled as a traineeship.
A bachelor’s degree awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/U.S. Secretary of Education. If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States or its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency.
Note: Candidates on the Professional Careers Opportunity (PCO), Professional Careers Opportunities-Diversity Management Option (PCO-DMO) or the Department of Labor Public Administration Traineeship Transition Program (PATT) Civil Service eligible lists are encouraged to apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications and SQL; business and technical writing. Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Project Assistant will modify and run SQL reports; support Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board (UIAB) recording software and processes; and assist with Win10 conversion, computer upgrades, VOIP, e-file, and other computer modernization initiatives.
Additional Comments Workday hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
