Duties Description The State University of New York (SUNY) System Administration, located in Albany, New York, seeks a Special Events and Services Assistant to assist with setup and breakdown for various meetings and conferences at the H. Carl McCall SUNY Building.
-Assist with setting up and breaking down of meetings, events and conferences; moving tables, chairs and equipment as required to desired location.
-Delivers items to individuals around SUNY building and other locations within New York State.
-Organize equipment and supply storage, tracking usage of items.
-Communicate with other operational team members to ensure tasks are completed.
-Maintain a reliable and professional demeanor at all times.
-Assist with maintaining a clean and sanitary environment as required by building policy.
