Duties Description "This position is within the Office of Insurance Programs (OHIP), the Division of Employee and Program Support, in the Bureau of Operational Support’s Audit Unit. Responsibilities may include:

• Acting as the audit liaison between OHIP program staff, Department management and outside auditors; including HHS OIG and OSC, which includes:
o Facilitating entrance and exit conferences, and meetings with auditors and program staff,
o Tracking and monitoring field work requests and document submissions.
o Coordinating responses to the submission and review of audit responses throughout the audit lifecycle,
o Tracking audit findings,
o Monitoring corrective action implementation progress, and
o Preparing reports for management.
• Acting as the audit liaison and coordinating document submission and corrective action development for the 3-year CMS Payment Error Rate Measurement process.
• Serving as Internal Control Coordinator Liaison between program staff and Department management."
