Duties Description Business functions include but are not limited to:
-Operating Point of Sale systems, procurement processing, credit card payments, submitting required documentation to the regional business office
-Preparing and evaluating SFS expenditures
-Maintaining onsite files
-Researching and locating OGS vendors following MWBE and SDV guidelines
-Placing online vendor orders for site events and sets up tax-exempt accounts as needed
-Becoming proficient in the revenue and attendance systems
-Entering site revenue and attendance weekly and sending out revenue correspondence to region and Albany
-Providing event assistance for rentals and site/Friends-group sponsored events
-Assisting with set up on major event days as well as post-event take down
-Monitoring parking lots and pay stations and issue warning tickets as needed
-Assisting with household and light maintenance as assigned, including but not limited to sweeping, comfort station cleaning, snow removal and footpath maintenance.
-managing client and vendor relations, scheduling, and all communications
-Tracking and securing on-time submission of all permit applications, insurance documents and health department licenses
-Entering rental payments and other permit fees into Aspira
-Maintaining timely and effective communication with site, park and other regional staff.
Additional Comments Operating Needs:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Basic skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
-Strong skills in scheduling and managing multiple assignments concurrently
-Must possess and maintain a valid NYS driver's license.
