Duties Description Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
• Review of draft and final audit reports to ensure accuracy of information;
• Manage the Third-Party unit’s mailbox, triaging emails to appropriate staff;
• Entering information into OMIG case management systems (i.e., FACTS);
• Tracking of cases on spreadsheets/databases to ensure appropriate follow up occurs;
• Photocopying of case information;
• Prepping draft and final audit mailings;
• Scanning of cases into the OMIG computer system;
• Filing of information/documentation;
• Research Medicaid Updates, Provider Manuals, and Medicaid Regulations for current and future projects;
• Assist with targeting for new projects;
• Serve as liaison with Contract staff;
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Reachable on the eligible list for Program Aide, OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent or contingent-permanent service as a Program Aide, OR New York State employee with one year of permanent or contingent permanent service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
