Duties Description •Administering the SLMS for Tax employees and external learners, including maintaining user profiles, catalog management, and other functions such as processing class rosters.
•Resolving SLMS help desk issues for Tax employees and external learners (tax preparers and assessors).
•Maintaining TRB’s intranet pages and related documents.
•Preparing agency wide communications.
•Creating and maintaining online learning.
•Creating graphics for training materials and bureau communications.
•Creating job aids and procedures.
•Creating and analyzing reports.
•Providing various clerical and administrative duties.
•Onboarding new Tax employees into SLMS.
•Providing Webex support for TRB and the agency.
•Other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications
The ability to fill this/ these position(s) is subject to DOB guidelines for processing personnel transactions. Note: A budget waiver is not required to fill positions via transfer to lateral or downward level positions within the same Department or to change line items within the same funding source; or to replace employees who have been terminated during their probationary periods. The selected candidate must be eligible for appointment in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Service Law, Rules, and Regulations.
