Duties Description The staff would perform office support and clerical work to meet the needs of the Bureau of Community Preservation Services. He/she will enter, verify and retrieve data; scan documents; create files and folders and file documents as appropriate; keyboard and proof printed material; answer telephones and route calls as appropriate, receive, pickup, open, log and distribute mail; photocopy documents as requested; maintain supply and inventory list for the office supply orders and forms; process outgoing mail using FedEx and/or UPS, and gather and compile data and documents as necessary.
Person must be able to adhere to deadlines, be flexible and able to handle multiple projects.
